Looking for low cost USB to UART converter? This might be suitable for you.
Serial communication is the most commonly used communication protocol/standard for computer and microcontroller or sensor, particularly UART
(Universal Asynchronous Receiver and Transmitter). Most of Arduino main board uses UART to load program, a good example is Arduino/Genuino UNO. When you plug a USB to UART converter to computer USB port, it becomes COM port.
Anyway, why is there another version since Cytron carry UC00A and UC00B already? We will still carry UC00A because it is high quality and popular product, it uses FTDI chip and very reliable. UC00C will be a low cost alternative, but the driver is widely available too. It support Win 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. We are using both UC00A and UC00C every day 🙂
